Quality

Quality in itself is a relative term and everyone can define it differently. We define quality through several levels:

  1. design quality
  2. cardboard quality
  3. processing quality
  4. quality of service.

Each of these parameters is elaborated in detail in the business processes of our company, and is continuously controlled. The ISO 9001 standard ensures complete traceability of the production process, and it is possible to determine the cause of any error that may occur.

We take the issue of quality very seriously, as evidenced by the fact that during the sales process we define everything that can be predicted in advance, all with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction.

Design quality

Every day we come across boxes and packaging that are not adequate for the product for which they are intended. If you have a bad design and construction of your packaging, all other quality parameters are practically unimportant, because the packaging will never be adequate. Consequently, you will have a lot of product damage, high shipping and handling costs.

Our designers and technologists have many years of experience and the latest software to create the perfect packaging for your product. Keep in mind that good design involves thinking through the entire supply chain, resulting in a protected product, adequate marketing representation, low transportation costs and optimal packaging costs.

Cardboard quality

After creating a high-quality design and construction, we start choosing the optimal type and strength of cardboard. By using different types of waves, different types and strengths of paper, we get different strengths of corrugated cardboard. We currently have 50 active combinations that are continuously produced, and we are able to produce new combinations as per the customer's request.

The basic determinants of cardboard quality are defined through parameters: ECT, FCT, PCT. We have our own quality control laboratory that monitors quality parameters every day, issues quality certificates, as well as technical specifications for all products.

We produce the following waves and their combinations: R, B, C, BR and BC. (You look at all the waves under Products)

Processing quality

The quality of processing is extremely important for the customer's overall impression of the box. We look at quality through many control points, some of which are: print appearance, gluing accuracy, dimensions, etc.

Each employee within the company controls the quality of the product at their workplace, and we also have super control by supervisors. Process and laboratory quality control are prescribed by the ISO standard.

We conduct continuous educations on quality improvement and try to raise quality to a higher level every day.

We pay special attention to the quality of the service we provide to customers. Our sales staff takes great care of their customers, allowing them to receive accurate and reliable information.
